Who is iLamp Technology?
Shenzhen iLamp Technology Co., Ltd is a factory in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China. It makes outdoor string lights in S14, G40 and ST38 shapes, solar and smart versions of them, LED filament bulbs, landscape and garden lights, and cordless table lights and floor lamps. ilamptechnology.com is the English-language sales desk for Shenzhen iLamp Technology Co., Ltd (深圳市兰谱芯科技有限公司), Bao'an District, Shenzhen, operated by RyanFulfil, Singapore. Quotations, samples and orders are handled through this desk; the contracting party is confirmed on your quotation.
Are you the factory, or a sales desk for one?
The factory in Bao'an District, Shenzhen makes the goods. iLamp Technology is its English-language sales desk, operated by RyanFulfil in Singapore, and it handles quotations, samples and orders. Orders can use the factory as seller of record or an arrangement coordinated by RyanFulfil; each quotation identifies the seller, the invoice issuer, production timing, shipping basis, after-sales terms and the applicable documents.
What does the factory make?
Six families. Mains outdoor string lights in S14, G40 and ST38 bulbs. Solar and low-voltage strings. Smart WiFi and RGBW strings. LED filament bulbs in decorative shapes. Landscape and garden lights, including spike spot lights, pathway lights and pool lights. Cordless table lights and floor lamps. Each family page lists every model with the specification and packing data the factory prints, and the product finder holds all of them in one table.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It is set per product and configuration, in four steps: samples, standard configurations in the lengths the factory already builds, private label and printed packaging, then custom lengths, cable, sockets or electronics. Send the reference, the quantity you want and the destination, and the quotation names the minimum for that exact build.
Do lead time and MOQ depend on the product?
Yes. Neither is one fixed figure for the whole catalogue; both depend on the product, the configuration and the quantity you are asking about. Send the reference and the quantity you have in mind, and your quotation states the lead time and the minimum order quantity for that exact build.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Samples come first: the quotation names the exact factory code and configuration, and you order the sample against it. The sample is quoted all-in, and it is credited against your first production order only when the quotation says so. Production then runs against the sample you accepted in writing, not against a photograph.
Which documents exist for these products?
Shenzhen iLamp Technology Co., Ltd appears in Intertek's ETL Listed directory under UL 588, UL 1993, UL 153 and UL 1310, each with its Canadian counterpart. For CE and RoHS there are dated historical certificate copies, which do not establish current coverage for your order, and you can request the current declaration of conformity and supporting reports for your exact model and market. Your quotation states which listing, if any, applies to the model you are quoting.
Are your string lights UL listed?
Shenzhen iLamp Technology Co., Ltd appears in Intertek's ETL Listed directory under UL 588 for string lights for year-round use and controllers for seasonal decorative lighting strings, with its Canadian counterpart. Your quotation states which listing, if any, covers the string model you order. See the directory records.
What is the difference between S14, G40 and ST38?
The shape code names the bulb's envelope and its nominal size, nothing else. G40 is the globe and ST38 the teardrop, on SPT-cable strings with up to 50 sockets on a 100 ft / 30 m run; S14 is the one offered with a choice of suspension or die-casting sockets, in US, EU and UK plug configurations. Wattage, colour temperature, base and dimming are specified separately. The bulb shapes guide sets them side by side.
How many strings can I connect end to end?
No single number covers outdoor string lights. The run stops at the lowest of four limits: the conductor gauge, the rating of the plug and cord set, the total load of the bulbs you fit, and any maximum stated for that build. Ask whether a maximum is printed for the reference you quote; the connection guide works through it.
Are the strings waterproof?
“Waterproof” is a printed catalogue name on ILT-STR-003 (ST38) and on the EU and UK S14 strings ILT-STR-013 to ILT-STR-018, not a published rating. Ask for the IP rating of the exact code on your quotation.
Do you make 18 AWG strings?
Yes. The US S14 suspension strings ILT-STR-006 (24FT / 7.3M, 12 sockets) and ILT-STR-007 (48FT / 14.6M, 15 sockets) are printed with 18AWG SJTW cable; ILT-STR-004 is the 20AWG version of the 48FT string. Name the gauge your market asks for on your enquiry.
Can you quote delivered to my door?
You can ask for it. Shipping is quoted per shipment on the delivery terms you ask for, by sea, air or courier, to a port or to a door, and your quotation names the shipping basis. The shipping page lists parcel transit windows for samples.
What is the difference between ILT-STR-004 and ILT-STR-007?
The cable and the weight. Both are US 48FT / 14.6M S14 strings with 15 suspension sockets and a US 2 Prong plug, in a 260 × 165 × 200 mm inner box; ILT-STR-004 uses 20AWG SJTW and weighs 2.3 kg, ILT-STR-007 uses 18AWG SJTW and weighs 2.8 kg. They are starting references, not a suitability ranking. Compare them side by side.
Does the S14 budget range price ILT-STR-004?
No. The S14 budget examples are other complete S14 builds. ILT-STR-004, ILT-STR-007 and every other catalogue reference are quoted individually.
Does the ETL directory entry cover my private-label configuration?
The directory entries are listed by model pattern. Whether your exact configuration, including a private-label build, falls under a listing is stated on your quotation for that configuration; ask for it before you approve the sample.
What do the indicative prices include?
Indicative prices are ex-works, before freight and tax, based on September 2026 prices. Models without a published figure are quoted per configuration, and your quotation prices the exact build, quantity, plug type and packaging you ask for.
Can you make these under my own brand?
Yes. For a private-label string-light order, send your logo and retail-packaging artwork with the US, EU or GB plug variant, cable colour, socket construction, length and socket count you need. The first step is a sample of the exact build, so packaging and print quality are judged on the real product. The OEM page sets out what to send.
How does an order run from enquiry to shipment?
Enquiry, then a quotation naming the exact factory code and configuration. Sample, then your acceptance checks in writing. Proforma invoice, then production. Inspection before the goods leave, with third-party inspectors welcome. Then shipment on the terms your quotation sets. Every step is written down, so the reference, the configuration and the price you accepted are the ones that ship.
How is payment handled, and how do I avoid invoice fraud?
Payment terms, the currency and the beneficiary account are issued once, on the proforma invoice, and are never changed by email. If you receive a message changing bank details, treat it as fraud: call the desk on a number you already hold before you pay. Keep the reference and the factory code on every payment, so the funds match the order they belong to.
When do I pay, and is it in full?
You pay the cost of goods in full when you place the order, and any other charges on your quotation in full before the goods ship. The terms, the currency and the beneficiary account are set out on your proforma invoice.
Can I inspect the goods before they ship?
Yes. Third-party inspectors are welcome; name yours on the quotation so the inspection date is planned into the run. Give the inspector a written list built from the sample you accepted: length, socket count and spacing, plug type, cable, carton marking, and the inner-box size and weight printed on the model.
How long does production take?
It depends on the product, the configuration, the quantity and whether the build is standard or private label. Your quotation states the lead time for that build; ask for it to be repeated on the proforma invoice alongside the agreed order terms.
How is shipping quoted?
Per shipment, on the delivery terms you ask for: sea, air or courier, to a port or to a door. Freight moves with the volume, the destination and the season, so it is priced for the shipment rather than published as a rate. Packing data is printed per model, so you can work out the cube yourself, and the shipping page lists parcel transit windows for samples.
How do I contact the sales desk?
On WhatsApp at +86 178 4666 9989, or by email at sales@ilamptechnology.com; the desk usually replies within one working day. Send the reference or factory code, the quantity, the destination country and whether you need your own branding. One desk handles the whole order in English, from quotation to shipment.
