Send the references, quantity, destination market and plug type. The quotation names the exact factory code, configuration and price.
Sample you approve
The sample is quoted all-in, and credited against the first production order only when the quotation says so. Agree in writing what it must pass.
Order and payment
You pay the cost of goods in full when you place the order, and any other charges on your quotation in full before the goods ship. Terms, currency and the beneficiary account are issued once, on the proforma invoice, and never changed by email.
Production, inspection, shipment
Production runs against the sample you accepted. Third-party inspection is welcome before the goods leave.
