What to send
Five lines are enough to quote against.
- The site reference, such as the 48 ft S14 Suspension String Light (ILT-STR-004), or the factory code printed beside it, such as US048015-TS20B1-S14SR127-00. Either identifies the model.
- The configuration: length, socket count and spacing, socket type, plug and voltage, bulb shape and colour temperature, cable gauge.
- Quantity per model, and the market you sell into, so the right documents can be named.
- Whether you want private label, a plug or cable variant, a custom length or socket count, or retail packaging to your specification.
- Your target price if you have one, and the destination port or address the quotation should be priced to.

Start with the reference, the quantity and the market. Preparing the request here does not send it: it opens in WhatsApp or your email app, where you review it and press send. Use the email draft when you have drawings or artwork to attach.
